Anger is normal human emotion. IT has been developed in our brain since many many thousand years ago. IT was very helpful when we were used to hunting down animals for food but in today modern world also deal with anger daily. Anger never become a problem until it is in our control. As we start to go with the flow of anger we start to lose control over it and it makes a aggressive. When we are angry we lose our temper start to lose our focus. some study also shows that anger can you damaged many parts of the brain which is not a good thing. when we become angry we try to make an instant control over the situation and for that we don't hesitate to take any decision. we become ready to take even risky action also without thinking about the result and this makes anger problem. The bad thing about anger is that it starts to take control of our body and emotions from us. Decisions taken in anger will always make us feel regret.



what causes anger in adult and kids

We daily interact with different types and different type of situation some of them can make us happy and some of them can give stress to us and those stress are given out from the body in the form of anger. One reason for anger is our response to the situation. If you try to stay calm in every situation then you can have control over your anger. Another reason for anger is our dominating nature. Dominating others can cause anger in us. Everything in this world will not go according to us then instead of trying to dominating it, we should accept it.
But this is not the same for some small kids are also seen to get angry on small kinds of stuff and the reason behind their anger is their environment in which they live if they live in a stressful full environment then it can also cause anger problem. Sometimes it is also due to genetic.



Anger issues
Anger is beneficial to us in some situations like in danger but one should have control over it. Getting angry over something is normal but getting angry over everything easily can result in anger issues. You can identify your anger issues by some physical and emotional signs. Some of those signs are
1) you feel always angry
2) you are unable to control your anger
3) increased and rapid heartbeat
4) shaking or trembling of hands and legs
5) dizziness

Managing anger
It becomes necessary to control anger to live a healthy life and it can be controlled by practising few steps. If you implement those in your life sure your life will change.

1) Hear music
Music affects our brain in various ways. Soft music can help you to control your anger. Hearing music relaxes your mind and keeps you calm. If you are not in a situation to hear the music then you can sing your favourite song lyrics in your brain. This will also help you a lot

2) get yourself away from the others
When you feel like that it becomes hard for you to control your anger then you should leave that place for a while and sit in a silent place and try to calm yourself. Once you relaxed you should go in that and try to resolve the problem.

3) delay the response
What has been observed is in many situations our brain tends to produce two kinds of response. The first is instantaneous response and it is the immediate response it comes from the right side of the brain. It's not a logical response. It comes from the heat of the brain. On the other hand, after some time after a gap of 30-20 minute, another response comes from the brain and it comes from the left side of the brain and this one is a more logical response. When we use the principle of delay the response eventually we are trying to replace the right side brain response with the left side brain logical response.

4) anticipate the conflict

When we are working in a situation of conflict we know that this is a time in which we are more likely to lose our temper and get into a fight. So if you can anticipate it or avoid it then you should always try to avoid the situation and in case if you are not able to avoid it then you can speak in your mind what words you are gonna use and how you gonna handle it it situation. Often it is seen that people don't get agree with what you say but by the way you say it. With little practice, you will able to use your words wisely in an order to anticipate the situation.

5) resolve the conflict when you are calm
This point is extremely important in the case of couples. In couples what we see is first they fight and then they try to diffuse it they try to go back to normal and after 15-20 days they fight on the same issue again. This is very important that when the issue is over, conflict is over you should sit down and discuss the issue and try to find the solution to the problem when you are calm. So that you should not fight over an issue again and again. So resolving the conflict when you are calm is important.
