 How stress can benefits to us?

If I keep a box in front of you in which it's written Fragile- Handle it with care and ask you what goods and stuff can be inside it, as you all know fragile means something delicate as per that, you will say that it must be glassware or any content related to glass or an electronic item, which is true. 

Now, I keep a box in front of you in which it is written Anti-fragile and ask you the possibilities of goods inside it. then most of the people will say, anything which is very strong but it is wrong because it's like you are saying the opposite of negative is neutral which is wrong as the opposite of negative is positive. Antifragile will be the thing that more you try to break it, the more you give Stress on it, the more it becomes Strong.

Anti Fragile is Something that is not affected by any kind of stress rather have benefited from stress. Here stress and pressure, change, variability. volatility, Randomness, Disorder, errors, chaos or anything which is not good for fragile things. Now you must be thinking which ane the things that grow instead of getting affected by this stress then the answer for this is you. More precisely if I say then it's the "human body".

When a person goes to Gym, what they do? They give a different type of stress and pressure to their body due to which, after Some time their body become more strong. Similarly, many things are anti-fragile like Ideas, politics, Culture, System, Evolution, etc


 Why we need stress in our life?


I am saying this all to you because if we want to grow and develop ourselves, to get benefit and to get true success then it is important to have stress in our life. 

Stress is the things that make us strong let's understand this by taking an example:- Think one side there is a rich man who doesn't have any stress or pressure, he doesn't have to do any kind of work he just sits at home and spends his entire day relaxing and eating. On the other hand, there is a poor man whose life is difficult and his life is filled with mental and physical stress and pressure, he deals with them with all his courage. 

Now you to tell who will be stronger mentally and physically both? the poor man because he faced all the stress and pressure in his life which made him stronger.


Use of stress in the medical process.


Hormes is one of the medical procedure in which a patient is given a small dose of toxic material, as a result of which the patient recovers and gets immune. Vaccination and allergic medicine also somehow works on this principle. 

For vaccination, the Doctor injects some of the pathogens of the disease in our body to which one immune system fights and become stronger and recovers from the disease. Doctors know that giving little stress to our body makes our body stronger that's why this principle is now being used in various medical fields.



Recovery time for stress.


Now, we know that how beneficial stress is for us, but to get an advantage from it, there is a need for an important condition which we call over. If we do gym as per our limit and relax our body after the workouts then the fibre and muscles break due to exercise will get replace by the new and will get stronger But, if we exercise continuously without relaxing and giving a recovery time then it will damage our body. Similarly, to get recover from any stress we need recovery time.

Why we should stop running from stress? 


We are trying to make things as predictable as possible, which means we want everything to occur according to us. Now having such thinking is like asking for 12 months in a year, to be alike, neither too hot, nor too cold.

A mindset like this is a little stupid because even if things happen according to us then also it will not benefit us and we will be bored from our lives and we will become emotionally fragile.

Another big reason to stop running away from stress is that you will not get true confidence when everything that happens with you is positive and good but true confidence will come when most of the time bad and negative things will happen to you. I know nobody likes negative experience in their lives but in reality, those negative experience help us more to grow.

We should not try to find ways to run from stressful situations instead we should try to handle that stressful situation this will us stronger.
