Hello, guys today we are going to talk about Overthinking. Overthinking is now a major problem for most youngsters. It is necessary to get rid of Overthinking and to do so we need to understand first what is Overthinking.
There are two types of thinking. One is called problem-centric thinking it means thinking about the problem and another is solution-centric thinking which means thinking about the solution. Most of the time the person suffering from Overthinking is a person with problem-centric thinking. But what happens in them. Imagine there is a person who is suffering from a financial crisis. If that person has problem-centric thinking then he will think.
• I should have studied more in my College.•
• I should have stayed at my last job. I would be happier than I am now.
• I should have lived in a different city then this problem hasn't arrived.
He will make more such like imagination and negative predictions in his mind. The problem with problem-centric thinking is that it continues to grow in itself. If you will think of one negative thought then many negative thoughts like that will arise from it which will not only waste your time but also make you depressed. But it is not the same with solution-centric thinking. If that same person is suffering from a financial crisis and if he has solution-centric thinking then he will not think about the problem he will try to find a solution. He will learn new courses or he will try to start to new business overall he will find a way to overcome the financial crisis. The benefit of solution-centric thinking is that it is thinking about an action plan for the future. The person with problem-centric thinking never grows it continues to stay in the past and solution-centric thinking person grows up.
What does Overthinking do to your body
It may not be seen but overthinking is not good for your body. It damages your body in various ways. Continous overthinking can cause increase your Heart rate. which can cause various heart diseases. Negative thoughts a be destructive, some people also get an issue like depression, Anxiety headaches and same stomach problems. It can also cause difficulty in swallowing and dizziness.

Anxious overthink leads to various problems it can disturb your life. your specialities and your talents will never come out if you never quit overthinking. In an order to make our life good we need to get rid of overthinking. this can be done by following a few simple steps.
Notice you're overthinking habit
Most people don't even notice their overthinking habit. They don't even realise that they are overthinking after a moment they get to know that they were overthinking. once overthinking becomes a habit it becomes hard to notice it but one should keep the focus on their mind but once it is noticed it becomes easy to resolve it. Feeling guilty about thinking about past events and getting stressed over it can be a sign of overthinking.
Distract yourself.
whenever you feel that you are thinking about Negative thing too much and you then you one able to Stop must try to distract your mind from those negative things and focus on the things which makes you happy. In that situation, you must toy make your self busy with the things which love most to do you should perform this whenever you feel that you are overthinking.
Meditation
we all know that Mediation has a large benefit you can easily overcome Overthinking by practising Meditation daily. meditation can help you to improve your emotion control abilities also.
Talk to your close ones
when our mind is overthinking it can make us feel alone. we start to believe it and get depressed. At that time the best advice is to talk to your close ones about the problem. we can also go to the person with whom it feels safe. By talking to them about our problems we can relieve our stress and their advice and opinions will be very helpful.
Try to focus on the solution
As I told you earlier during Overthinking We continuously think about the problem but we should try to focus on finding a solution for that problem. We can't solve a problem by thinking about we need to think about a solution. Every problem has a solution. We just need to find it.
Think about the big picture
Sometimes small problems can also drive our attention towards negative thoughts and can cause Overthinking. In that time instead of thinking about the problem, we should think about the big picture or the opportunities which we can grab from that problem in future. If something is not going by our plan then doesn't mean we are going to lose. We may have a bad day, but not a bad life.
Live in the present moment
We live in a present not in a past or future then why should we waste our time by thinking about the past and some negative future predictions. Remember "past is a history and future is a mystery" but that doesn't mean that we should not plan our future or forget our past. We should learn from the past and try to make a bright future. We should think about the future and past but positively and remember, positive thinking never becomes Overthinking.
Relax your self
Nobody in this world knows you better than yourself. You better know about yourself and you also know that what makes you happy and feel relaxed. You should try to keep your self relax whenever you feel that you are Overthinking.
