we all get worried due to some reasons and getting worried is normal human behaviour. But when we worry too much it becomes a problem not only mentally but physically also.

In a study, 1500 patients were examined who had a stomach problem and from that study, it resulted that 5 out of 4 patients. did not show any physical reason For their problem instead their fear, hate, worry and selfishness were the reason for their illness. Most of the time we worry about stupid things which Doesn't matter much also in our life. Next time when you worry about a thing in your life then think that are you going to worry about the same thing after a month or a year. If not then stop worrying right now.

About 500 years ago Michel de Montaigne said  " my life has been full of terrible misfortunes which never happened". Research shows that 85% of thing that we worry about never actually happens and in that 15% things that happens 79% are the things not to worry about means total 97% of things that you worry are nothing but your "fear" which is eating you.

1)Keep yourself busy: we cannot do two things at the same time and when you keep yourself busy working on things that involve Creativity, planning and focus then you will be able to avoid worry.

2) Think and act cheerful:- just like we can't do two things at the same time, we cannot feel two things at a same time, we cannot get worried and excited at the same time. so next time when you feel intense then smile and act like that you are happy. By doing this you will become happy in real life. We cannot control our emotions directly but we can control our actions and emotions and actions are connected. By acting that you are feeling good you start feeling good.
