 If you have no time to hit the gym and do workouts then nothing will be much more beneficial to you than running. Running is an exercise that gives you more than it takes means by running you get three times much more benefit. To perform this exercise you don't need any equipment, you will just need your legs and a little determination to do it.

Running being low resistance work out would only build your muscles up to a point, which means you will develop lean muscle mass in your lower body. 

This means that over time if you focus on running only without doing any other exercise then you will develop only leg muscles. To develop full-body muscles you will need some supplementary exercises.

Let me answer this, as I told you earlier running gives you more than it takes. If you give one hour in running then it will increase your life up to three hours. Running is also termed as an exercise that helps you to live longer.

Now, it's clear that running helps you to increase your life expectancy but what about dying early? is it just rumour?. No, it's also true. Several runners have died early and the reason behind it may be running. 

If you run fast for very long distances every day then you might also die early but If you will run slowly for short distances then it will help you to live longer.

Everything in this world has some advantages and some disadvantage similarly, running also has its disadvantages. Running can make you healthy and fit but it can also damage your knee cap ad some leg muscles.  

Running can also cause some serious injuries to you but this thing will only happen if you focus only on running than any other exercise. If you will run daily 25-35 kilometre then it may can affect your knee and leg bones in future. 

You can prevent this by running in a limit for short distances. Most professional runners face this type of problems related to their legs.

Science has developed so much that now with the help of treadmill you can run at home and can also control your speed but, which is a good treadmill or running in an open environment like park?. 

Many kinds of research show that running outside can cause more injuries to you than running inside on a tredmill.

Treadmill also has a soft surface which causes less damage to your knees as the compared rough outside surface.

Another big benefit of a treadmill is that you can do running anytime and in any weather but there is also a problem with treadmill that eyery body cannot afford it. If you are also not able to afford the treadmill then you should run outside carefully.

Running makes you more productive and give you a better hold on your feelings and emotions. By running you will be able to take your tough decision more easily and you will stay confident all day. If you also want to boost your willpower then running is the best way to do it.
