Dopamine gives us the motivation to do anything in the world. The higher the Dopamine will release higher will be our motivation. If our brain does not release dopamine then we will feel depressed and sad. Now you might be thinking that Dopamine is a good thing, what's wrong with it?. Yes, you are right Dopamine is very useful for us but the problem is with the modern world. Today many companies spend a lot of money on researches and experiments in an order to make a product that will release the most dopamine in us. Social media and game are programmed in such a way that they will become addictive to us. In reality, our Dopamine system is hijacked and unless we can control it we will never reach our full potential. Remember Dopamine is not a bad thing, we play games because we get Dopamine from it but what if we get dopamine by studying or working on a business?. French philosopher Blaise Pascal said that "All of humanity's problems is man's inability to sit quietly in a room alone".

A different person gets Dopamine by doing different things like some people may get dopamine by helping others or some may get it by making fun of others, It varies from person to person. The most common things that release Dopamine are social media, porn, video games, tv shows, etc. Only a few scientists have studied this Dopamine detox that's why don't know the scientific reason about it, but still, it is very valuable for us

How does Dopamine detox works?


Imagine that, for a 24 hour you don't perform any task that gives dopamine to you, Basically for 24 hours you need have to make yourself so much Bored that from the next day you will start to find normal things also interesting. If you will add this new focus to your flow state then you will be unstoppable. You must use this dopamine detox technique in such a way that you will become productive for a lifetime not just for one day. To do this you need to know that how you can add this into your lifestyle. Our Broin loves dopamine and if it gets an easier way to set it then it will force us to do that same thing many times. To use this for our benefit there is a rule active-passive rule.

When you wake up in the morning you should be in an active zone. In the inactive zone, you should not do any high dopamine activity like social media, Tv games. In that zone, you should perform all the important task which is important but gives you less dopamine like studying. You can set your time for your active zone whether it be two hours or four hours and when it ends your passive zone starts.

In the passive zone, you can perform the work which gives you moderate Dopamine like social media, TV, etc.

You should perform your Dopamine releasing only after finishing important work. If you won't achieve big things in your life then you should avoid all high dopamine activities because this thing will distract you most.

Does Dopamine fast increases Dopamine?


Dopamine fasting does not increase, but by doing this you can get Dopamine in things that you don't like also. In this technique, you make yourself so much bored as you don't do anything which gives you Dopamine then your brain will start to find interest in small things also. Your Dopamine level stays the same but just your way of getting Dopamine changes. You will start to get pleasure easily.
