We all are continuously breathing but most of us are not breathing properly due to which we feel low energy in our body. We need to learn to breathe properly for this you can perform pranayama in the morning. If you perform pranayama daily then it will increase your concentration power also.


2) chew properly

Studies suggest that our 15% energy is used in digesting the food and we can save that energy by chewing properly. If we chew properly then our food will also get digest at a faster rate which is essential for healthy living.


3) stop being old

Our life is the result of what we think. We must think carefully about our life because it can affect us. Most people feel tired and lazy at a young age and the reason behind this is their thoughts. If you will think like an old then in your life also you will body will act like an old. To avoid this you must keep your posture straight all day long and you should think like a young even if you are old.


4) perform yoga

Yoga has a large no of benefits. Performing can help you to increase your life expectancy, better immune system, good blood flow etc. One must daily practice yoga. You can give you more than it takes. Yoga affects every nerve and muscle of your body and makes them perform better. You must also include yoga in your 30-day schedule.


5) think positive

Just like deer needs to take care of his garden every day. He has nurtured it so that harmful weeds don't grow in it we should also cultivate our mind and nurture it with positive thinking so that negative thoughts would leave our mind.

The next step you should take is to make a journal and maintain it for a month. Journaling has various benefits like increase in mindfulness, stronger memory, better immune system, higher IQ, better sleep and overall Increase in self-confidence. some researches also show that journaling also helps to heal the physical wound at a faster rate. By making a journal you can increase your problem-solving capabilities. When we write our problems in a book then we can solve our problems more easily. You must also maintain a daily journal in that you must write your goals and your strategies to achieve those goals.




Increase your concentration power.


If you want to achieve something big then you must increase your concentration power. You need to learn to control your thoughts and emotions and to increase your concentration power you can perform the following exercises.
1) light a candle in a room and try to focus on its flame until it melts completely.
2) try to count your steps and you can perform this with a breathing pattern like in the first 5 steps breathe In, In another 5 steps hold your breath and in another 5 steps breathe out.
3) you can also read books
