You should celebrate your every achievement whether it is big or small. Our brain is full of a circuit that releases chemicals that gives us positive emotion when we accomplish our goal. If you are not feeling good then make small good and try to achieve it. If you will do this then your brain will receive a signal that everything is good and It will release good chemicals which will motivate you. 


Make your environment peaceful.


A dumb environment like, sitting between four boring walls can make us feel bored and stressed after a time. A place with a lot of distractions is not a good place to work because this type of places takes your peace and give you anxiety. Sitting in the same environment day is not a good thing you should take some break from that environment and switch yourself into some peaceful environment.


Don't waste your time on useless things.


We are responsible for our health and happiness in our life but if we involve in the company of those people who just wastes our time and make us stressed then we should understand that it's the right time to make boundaries from them. Useless people do useless things and they don't contribute to any type of growth in our life and they don't matter much also to us. It's better to remove that type of people. Nobody knows you better than you and you only knows what you are feeling now then why don't you give time to yourself. You should give your time in those places which will make you productive and will give you satisfaction.

whenever we are sad we start to give our most attention to ourselves. We get so much caged in our problem that we forget that there are many people in this world whose problems are much bigger than us. By helping others and making others happy we can indirectly make ourselves happy.

 The size of our help doesn't matter and the thing that matters is our intention by which we are helping others. Everything that you do to others will come back to you. This is the rule of the universe. We can use this rule for our benefits. Helping others is the best way to help ourselves.


Observe the beauty of nature.


Nature is full of amazing things. It has everything that can make you feel good but the problem is that we are going away from nature. It acts as therapy to our mind. Stepping out of stressful and boring life and enjoying the beauty of nature is one of the best ways to uplift our mood. By spending few moments also in nature we can become mentally and physically healthy.


Spend time with family


Nothing in this world is more precious than a beautiful family. Our bonding with our family is much stronger than any other thing in this world. Spending time with family, sharing our daily experience with them and going out with them can make us feel good and motivated. Our family support is very important for us. Nowadays many people are not able to give their time to their family. due to which they become mentally weaker.
